Here at I Find Leaks, our core business was started in the field of water leak detections in 2005. We are a trusted company in the bay area with over 80% of our business derived from referrals and repeat customers. For over four years we located leaks in homes and referred numerous contractors in order to repair the water damage caused by leaking water pipes and other water leaks. After referring over a dozen or so contractors to perform interior remodeling work in the Tampa Bay area, we decided not to refer anymore contractors. In 2009 we decided to get our own Florida State Contractor's license. We now have a full time General Contractor on staff who runs our construction division, IDL Construction. Ken Barnett is our current interior remodeling construction manager / General Contractor who oversees all of our Tampa Bay construction projects. Our main focus is interior remodeling and we have built a team of elite technicians to perform these services. Our key areas of expertise are drywall installation, flooring installation, trim installation (such as crown molding & baseboards), cabinet & countertop installation as well as interior and exterior painting. In 2011 we became a direct flooring supplier. This means we can purchase and install quality flooring (such as carpet, wood laminate and hardwood flooring) in a fraction of the time it takes most other companies just to order the flooring. We specialize in wood laminate flooring purchase and wood flooring installation & repair and have many different types and varieties of flooring to choose from no matter what your budget is.
 We provide free interior remodeling estimates and will even bring paint colors, laminate flooring samples, hardwood flooring samples and carpet samples directly to your home in order for you to pick out your desired interior remodeling products in the comfort of your own home.
