Our Company History
I Find Leaks LLC was started in April of 2005 with customer service as the main focus of the business. Today, our business is over 80% referrals and repeat customers. Our motto has been that if we do a great job for our customers, they will tell others.
Since 2005 we have located thousands of water leaks in the Tampa Bay area. We started out with one truck and now have over 10 trucks on the road working full time to solve your water related issues 24 hours per day and seven days per week. We started with one employee and now have over 25. Each employee is drug tested and goes through a rigorous background check prior to employment. We ensure our technicians follow our customer service focused motto.
The company was started focusing primarily on locating hidden water leaks such as water pipe leaks under concrete also known as “slab leaks”. Throughout the years we have referred many water restoration companies and General Contractors to perform the restoration work after a water leak was located. With Florida being such a transient state, we could never find a company that could perform these services to our standards. In 2008 we opened two divisions; I Dry Leaks and I Destroy Mold. These divisions were formed to perform water damage restoration and mold removal / remediation services. These divisions grew rapidly by providing great customer service as well as fair pricing. In 2009, we opened a reconstruction division; IDL Construction. The IDL Construction division focuses on returning the home or office to a pre-loss condition after water damage or mold remediation work has been completed. Many customers choose to upgrade as IDL Construction focuses primarily on interior remodeling.
As a company we can handle any mold or water leak emergency or issue from start to finish. We utilize state of the art equipment such as infrared cameras, ultrasonic leak detection equipment, sewer camera’s with DVD recording capability, non-penetrating moisture meters and air scrubbers to assist us in providing the highest quality work available in the water and mold restoration industry.
We work for many property managers, insurance companies, plumbing companies, business and home owners in the Tampa Bay area. We are accredited with the Better Business Bureau and received the Super Service award from Angie’s list in 2010.
